Emily’s customer service is second to none. When we first were looking for a realtor she came highly recommended. She took our initial call immediately despite being off the clock and out with her husband. She paid close attention to the details of our home we were looking to sell and made great suggestions on what we could do during our remodel that would be good selling points. When the house was ready for sale, she set up a weekend long open house to advertise to potential buyers as much as possible. The town we relocated to was 160 miles away. Emily made the trip a few times to also be our buying agent in an area she had zero experience in, but quickly started working on finding a home for us.

Emily was an absolutely fantastic agent. My wife and I were incredibly stressed out about the entire home-buying experience, and — at the time we were searching — the market in Salt Lake City was very difficult for buyers. Our home buying experience with Emily Kershaw, was a wonderful journey. Emily was with us through every step of the home buying process. From the beginning, she reached out, and sent us listing updates whenever new homes hit the market. The moment we found the house we loved, Emily went straight to work to get us a showing, and make an offer. During the time of COVID-19, and us buying from a far, Emily made sure that we were able to view the houses virtually via FaceTime, and while she was able to be there in person answering our questions. While living in California and trying to buy a house in Utah, Emily was very knowledgeable on everything we needed to buy a home. She was able to provide a reliable lender that worked alongside her to make sure we had our approvals on time. She was able to set-up a title company in California, which made it so easy to sign for the house on closing day.
