She paid close attention to the details of our home we were looking to sell and made great suggestions on what we could do during our remodel that would be good selling points. When the house was ready for sale, she set up a weekend long open house to advertise to potential buyers as much as possible. The town we relocated to was 160 miles away. Emily made the trip a few times to also be our buying agent in an area she had zero experience in, but quickly started working on finding a home for us.
